She was a prominent character in a variety of successful films from the 1990s and 2000s , including Charlie's Angels. Barrymore played along with Adam Sandler on three films, The Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates. Other films she's appeared in include Firestarter and Donnie Darko. In Whip It, her directorial debut film, she also was a part of the cast. Grey Gardens won her a Screen Actors Guild Award as and an Golden Globe Award. She was a star in Netflix's Santa Clarita Diet. She currently hosts The Drew Barrymore Show, the talk-show that is syndicated.
