
Sara Aliza Eisen (American television journalist) is currently associated with CNBC. She serves as the co-anchor for the channel's shows 'Squawk on the street as well as 'Closing bell'. She's an Ohio native and was not keen on markets or currencies when she was in college. She was an intern at ForexTV.com when she was studying at New York University. It was there that she garnered her first experience dealing with business news. She later earned a master's degree in broadcast journalism at the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. After that, she was able to complete an internship for four months with Bloomberg TV in Hong Kong. Then she came back to America and started working in New York at Bloomberg. She was a TV anchor eventually. In December 2013 she was employed by CNBC as a correspondent. She was co-anchor on 'Worldwide Exchange and 'Power Lunch', and then landed the job on "Closing Bell in the year the year 2018. Eisen co-anchors 'Squawk On the Street' since the year 2014. Her primary focus since her arrival at CNBC is global consumer news.
